Pasticciotto Leccese is a beloved breakfast or anytime treat from the Puglia region of Italy. Ours features a thick, golden shortcrust exterior filled with luscious vanilla custard - simple, rustic, and impossible to stop at one.

Freshly baked in-house, this dessert is best served slightly warm to enjoy its full softness and flavour.

Shortcrust pastry ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour, lard, sugar, pasteurized EGGS, chemical yeast (disodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), flavourings.
