Refund policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed (unless products sent are wrong or damaged in exceptional circumstances).
  • Order changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.
  • Received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged? Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photos, and we’ll do our best to either send a replacement or refund your amount.
  • Storage and freshness: As our products are handmade and preservative-free, we recommend consuming them within the suggested time for optimal freshness.
  • Delivery delays due to courier issues are unfortunately beyond our control, but we will assist wherever possible to track and resolve them.
