Our Lemon Meringue Tart strikes the perfect balance between sharp and sweet, smooth and fluffy.

We start with a crisp, golden shortcrust shell, fill it with silky lemon curd made with fresh citrus, and finish it off with a billowy swirl of toasted Italian meringue.
