Strawberry Jam Doughnut

These golden, sugar-dusted delights are soft and airy on the outside, and generously filled on the inside with luscious crème pâtissière, rich Nutella, or classic sweet jam.
Each one is handcrafted and filled fresh — perfect for mid-day cravings, market stroll treats, or a post-dinner indulgence.

There’s no wrong time to have a Bombolone. Just make sure you order enough to share (or not).

Ingredients and allergens:

WHEAT flour type “00”, water, pasteurized EGGS, high oleic sunflower seed oil, margarine [non-hydrogenated oils (sunflower and rapeseed in variable proportions) and vegetable fats (palm), water, emulsifier (E471), acidity regulator (E330)], improver (LACTOSE, whey powder , emulsifier: E472e; soft WHEAT flour, wheat GLUTEN, vegetable fats: sunflower seeds; flavouring, E300, E920, alpha amylase), sugar, brewer's yeast, salt, flavourings.
Filling ingredients: strawberry preparation 20% (glucose-fructose syrup, strawberries, sugar; thickeners: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate and sodium alginate; acidity regulators: citric acid and calcium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; flavourings; elderberry extract).
Decoration: water-repellent sugar (dextrose, sugar, corn starch, coconut fat, cocoa butter, flavouring) May contain traces of: Soya, Nuts, Mustard
