Serve slightly warm or room temp with a spoon of whipped cream or espresso on the side.
This one felt fancy but still comforting. The chocolate was proper deep and rich — not too sweet at all.
The kind of cake you take small bites of just to make it last. So much flavour packed into one slice.
Had it at a market and went back the next day for another. Just a really lovely cake, beautifully made.
Loved the dense sponge with that smooth chocolate glaze on top. Had it with coffee and it was bang on.
Felt like a proper treat. Not too sweet either, just really fudgy and satisfying.
