Caramel was proper buttery and not too sweet. The base had a nice crunch too.
Tastes like something you’d get at a fancy restaurant. Really indulgent but not heavy.
Didn’t expect that much flavour packed into such a small pastry. The pistachio cream was unreal.
Exactly how a baked cheesecake should be. Soft, rich, and the base was lovely and buttery.
