So creamy and smooth, honestly one of the best I’ve had. Proper old-school cheesecake done right.
Nice balance — not too sweet and the ricotta gives it a bit of tang. Really smooth and fresh tasting.
It’s chocolatey but still feels kind of light. Had it after lunch and it didn’t feel too heavy at all.
The ricotta makes it feel lighter than a normal cheesecake, but it’s still got loads of flavour. The chocolate chunks were such a good surprise.
I’m obsessed with pistachio and this didn’t disappoint. Would order a whole one if I could.
