Set on a crumbly biscuit base and finished with chocolate chips or shavings (depending on the season), it’s a spoonful of comfort with every bite — somewhere between cheesecake and mousse, with the richness turned up just right.
Biscuit ingredients: EGGS, sugar, 00 WHEAT FLOUR, starch, low-fat cocoa in powder, HAZELNUTS, flavourings. Filling ingredients: RICOTTA buffalo milk (40%), Hazelnut cream: sugar, oils vegetables (palm and rapeseed), low fat cocoa powder, LACTOSE, WHEY in powder, skimmed MILK powder, HAZELNUTS 0.5%, emulsifier: lecithin sunflower, flavourings. Covering ingredients: HAZELNUT cream.

Creamy ricotta blended with chocolate, this cheesecake is a harmonious balance of richness and Sicilian tradition.
So creamy and smooth, honestly one of the best I’ve had. Proper old-school cheesecake done right.
Nice balance — not too sweet and the ricotta gives it a bit of tang. Really smooth and fresh tasting.
It’s chocolatey but still feels kind of light. Had it after lunch and it didn’t feel too heavy at all.
The ricotta makes it feel lighter than a normal cheesecake, but it’s still got loads of flavour. The chocolate chunks were such a good surprise.
I’m obsessed with pistachio and this didn’t disappoint. Would order a whole one if I could.
