Our Cherry & Almond Frangipane Tart is everything a comforting slice should be — golden, nutty, and just sweet enough.
We begin with a flaky shortcrust base, layer it with rich almond frangipane, and top it with juicy cherries and toasted almond flakes. Each bite is a soft crunch of pastry, a melt of almond cream, and a burst of cherry sweetness.
Inspired by the classic bakewell, reimagined the Casa Mia way — rustic, generous, and baked fresh in small batches.

I love a bakewell and this one didn’t disappoint. Tasted fresh and the texture was spot on.
The pear was soft and sweet, not mushy at all. Paired perfectly with the almond filling.
