Discover a masterclass in Italian textures. Our Croccantone cake features a light cocoa sponge delicately infused with Rum distillate for a sophisticated depth of flavor. At its heart lies a velvety blend of Buffalo Ricotta and Hazelnut, studded with pure chocolate drops.
The cake is finished with a smooth chocolate glaze and a generous crown of golden roasted almonds, creating the signature "Croccante" (crunch) that gives this traditional dessert its name. A rich, nutty, and authentically Italian experience.
