Made with fresh cream cheese and a hint of vanilla, it’s dense yet silky, with that lightly caramelised top that gives it character. Simple, elegant, and endlessly satisfying, this is a slice that always hits the spot.

The caramel was rich but not too sticky, and the cheesecake itself was so smooth. Proper melt-in-the-mouth stuff.
Not too sweet, just really comforting. Had it with a cuppa and it hit the spot.
