This one’s for coffee lovers. A flaky pastry filled with soft, espresso-scented cream that’s both grown-up and comforting.

Ingredients and allergens:

WHEAT flour, water, EGGS, lard (antioxidant: butylated hydroxyanisole), margarine [not hydrogenated vegetable oils (sunflower and rapeseed in varying proportions) and fats (palm), water, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid], sugar, salt, ammonium bicarbonate.
